Saltmarsh
One hotel's website — not a hospitality template. Saltmarsh carries real room types with real tariffs and a month-by-month availability calendar, and the day's actual menu instead of a static PDF placeholder. The palette — limewash, wet sand, sea-pine and brass — is deliberately non-configurable, because a guest should never meet a control that changes the building, and the directions are written for someone arriving by car in the dark, not a generic map embed.

Overview
Saltmarsh is deliberately not a general-purpose hotel theme wearing one property’s photos — it’s built for one specific building, and every decision reflects that. The palette — limewash, wet sand, sea-pine and brass — is not configurable, on principle: a guest should never encounter a settings control that could change the room they’re actually looking at. The north-facing harbour light and painted brick of the real 1908 herring warehouse the hotel occupies decided most of the rest. Room types carry real tariffs and a genuine month-by-month availability calendar rather than a generic booking-widget embed; the day’s actual menu is shown rather than a static PDF placeholder; and the directions page is written for a guest arriving by car in the dark down an unlit harbour road, not for a generic map pin.
