Get in touch

Tell us a little about your project and we'll follow up by email with licensing and download details.

Refund Policy

These are digital products, delivered immediately and impossible to return in any meaningful sense. That does not mean all sales are final — it means the terms need to be specific rather than vague.

The window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Tell us what went wrong. You do not need to justify a change of taste, but we will ask what happened, because a refund request usually tells us something worth fixing.

When we will refund without argument

  • The theme does not function as described on its product page, and we cannot resolve it for you.
  • You hit a defect we cannot fix within a reasonable period.
  • You were charged twice, or bought the wrong theme and have not yet deployed it.
  • The download or licence key never reached you.

When we will probably decline

  • You are past 14 days.
  • The request is really a request for custom development — a theme not doing something it never claimed to do is not a defect.
  • The problem is a conflict with a third-party plugin or a host configuration we cannot control, and you are unwilling to let us investigate.
  • You have already substantially rebuilt the theme for a live client project.
  • The same buyer has a pattern of purchasing and refunding.

Try before you buy

Every theme has a full live demo, linked from its product page, running the exact code you would receive. It is not a video or a screenshot gallery. Please use it — nearly every avoidable refund comes from someone who bought without opening the demo first.

How to ask

Email us from the address you purchased with, quote the theme name and order reference, and describe the problem. We aim to reach a decision within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, not us.

A note on the GPL

Because the code is GPL-licensed, a refund does not and legally cannot revoke your right to keep using the code you already downloaded. What a refund ends is the commercial relationship: access to future updates and to support.
