Overview

A loud, confident WordPress theme for functional-fitness studios, strength gyms and CrossFit boxes — built for places that program hard and coach harder. Bone, near-black ink and a jolt of electric acid-lime, set in heavy Archivo display type over Inter, with an uppercase editorial rhythm and a long, deliberately dense homepage: a full-bleed hero, a strength marquee, a manifesto, four training programs, count-up stats, the signature weekly Timetable grid, a live-fire “no shortcuts” band, a coach roster, a gallery, three-tier pricing, testimonials, a free-session booking form and a journal — a complete studio site in one scroll.

Its signature is a real weekly Timetable, driven by a Class post type with day, time, coach, level and duration, grouped into a seven-day grid and tied to a Programs taxonomy (Strength, Conditioning, HIIT, Mobility). Coaches and Testimonials are their own content types — coaches fall back to bold lettermark monograms when no photo is set — and a nonce-protected AJAX booking form drops free-session requests into a private wp-admin inbox and emails the box. A one-click importer seeds the whole thing, including a real navigation menu with a Programs dropdown. The motion layer is energetic but disciplined — split-text reveals, count-up numerals, scroll parallax, magnetic buttons, dual marquees and a scroll-progress bar — and every effect is fully disabled under prefers-reduced-motion.
