Archive WordPress Themes

Vellum is built for herbariums and botanical archives, and it deliberately breaks from the catalogue's usual dark themes with a light, high-key paper palette. Body and headline type run in the editorial serif Spectral rather than a grotesque display face, giving it a research-journal voice instead of a tech-startup one. A persistent sticky-pane split screen keeps each specimen paired with its field notes as you scroll, so image and annotation never separate.
