A flush calendar across eight real origin regions, a real oxidation spectrum for all five tea types, and the five real processing steps that separate them — display-led, no interactive gadgets. Built for tea merchants who want editorial depth over gadgetry, Flush deliberately skips the catalogue's usual GPU-background-and-calculator formula in favor of real reference content: per-type processing notes and eleven demo teas each carrying genuine garden, cultivar, elevation, harvest-window, and oxidation data.

Overview
Flush is a deliberate return to a more conventional editorial layout: no GPU background, no interactive calculators, just rich real content laid out with a restrained, staggered magazine grid.
Three pieces of reference content anchor the site, each real rather than decorative:
1. A flush calendar spanning eight real tea-growing regions — Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Yunnan, Anhui, Fujian, Uji and Alishan — each harvest window bar drawn to the region’s actual published picking season, including Darjeeling’s four named flushes and the Nilgiris’ one true seasonal frost tea.
2. An oxidation spectrum for all five tea types, with the real published percentage range for each (green 0%, white 0-2%, oolong 8-80%, black 95-100%), and an explicit note on why raw and ripe pu-erh are not placed on the same enzymatic-oxidation axis.
3. The five real processing steps in manufacturing order — withering, rolling, oxidation, fixing and firing — with notes on which types skip or reorder which step, the actual mechanism that turns one plant into five different categories of tea.
Eleven demo teas are included, one per major type-region combination, each carrying real garden, cultivar, elevation, harvest-window, oxidation and processing data specific to that origin. Cormorant, Karla and JetBrains Mono, all self-hosted.
