Real-time cel shading, a live 24fps frame-hold comparator, and a real genga-to-douga inbetween interpolator — the actual craft of 2D animation, not a fan-site skin. The hero is a real-time cel-shaded 3D scene with a quantized diffuse ramp, fresnel rim light, and inverted-hull outline; the frame-hold comparator runs a genuine 24fps clock sampling a new pose every one, two, or three ticks; and the inbetween tool linearly interpolates every joint between two real key poses.
