Isoprime's hero simulates foam nucleation on the GPU in real time — up to 56 independently-timed cells rendered as a metaball/SDF field with polynomial smooth-min blending, in raw self-hosted WebGL2. An interactive Blow/Gel Balance visualizer shows how catalyst ratios reshape cell structure, and a sticky Process Rail recolors the page as visitors move through each production stage. A Catalyst CPT, Application taxonomy and AJAX enquiry form round out the site for polyurethane formulators.

Overview
Isoprime is a B2B specialty-chemical theme built around a Process Rail — a sticky vertical stage strip that recolours the page accent as the visitor moves through the production journey, turning a technical narrative into the page’s navigation. The hero is a real-time GPU foam-nucleation simulation: a metaball/SDF field of up to 56 independently-timed cells joined by a polynomial smooth-minimum union, in raw WebGL2. Cells nucleate and merge on their own schedules, which is why it reads as foam rising rather than as an animated texture.
An interactive Blow/Gel Balance visualiser gives specifiers something to actually use — move the balance and the SVG cell structure responds live, with computed density and cure-window readouts alongside. A scroll-drawn reaction-pathway diagram covers the chemistry itself. The whole set is aimed at manufacturers who have to explain a process to procurement engineers, not at consumer storefronts.
