A real Three.js scene grows the hero under glass, with GSAP, ScrollTrigger and SplitText driving scroll-triggered growth stages and text reveals rather than static fades as visitors move down the page. Custom post types hold the breeding catalogue, with AJAX filtering to browse lots without a page reload.

Overview
Cultivar is built for a working greenhouse operation, not a boutique retail shop — pricing is per-lot, quantities are minimums not add-to-cart counts, and the catalogue reads like a grower’s own order sheet.
The signature is the Propagation Bench: a real Three.js potted cultivar that grows from seed to full bloom as the visitor scrolls, pinned in place for one viewport’s worth of scroll so the payoff actually lands. Drag to orbit; switch between four species. Beneath the fold, a breeding lineage chart is built live from real post meta — parent cultivars converging into named in-house hybrids, drawn in with GSAP.
