Marlowe

Marlowe is a light, editorial "quiet luxury" theme for boutique estate agents who want restraint instead of loud listing cards. An interactive map with hover pins lets visitors browse inventory geographically, while a scroll-pinned horizontal showcase presents featured properties one at a time as you scroll down the page. A Property custom post type structures price, beds, baths, and square footage alongside agent profiles, and curtain-style image reveals plus an AJAX valuation form round out the enquiry flow.

Highlights

  • Interactive listings map with hover pins
  • Scroll-pinned horizontal property showcase
  • Property CPT: price / beds / baths / sqft + agents
  • Curtain image reveals + AJAX valuation form

Overview

A light, editorial WordPress theme for boutique real-estate agencies and luxury property brokers — a deliberate counterpoint to the collection’s darker, louder themes. Warm paper, ink and deep forest green with brushed-brass detail, Spectral over Hanken Grotesk, and enough white space to let architecture breathe. The signature moments are quieter but no less technical: an interactive listings map with stylised streets and hover-preview pins, and a scroll-pinned horizontal “featured homes” showcase that translates through listings as you scroll.

Under the surface it is a complete property platform — a Property post type with price, beds, baths, square footage, status and address, plus Property-Type and Neighbourhood taxonomies, an Agent type with elegant monogram fallbacks, and Testimonials, all seeded by a one-click importer. The motion layer is refined rather than flashy: curtain image reveals, count-up statistics, magnetic buttons, subtle 3D tilt, a cursor ring and a scroll-progress bar, every effect disabled under prefers-reduced-motion. A working AJAX valuation-enquiry form stores requests in wp-admin and emails the agent.

Argosy

Argosy

$69

Every claim is a real artefact, not an icon. Argosy shows its features as the actual thing — a latency table, a request trace, a live terminal, a streamed response — instead of a marketing illustration, on a dark-first, hairline-divided page with a single warm accent and tabular monospaced numerals wherever figures sit in columns. Model and Endpoint are real content types built for an inference-product catalogue, and motion is deliberately restrained to one layer, a short fade-and-rise on entry.

Intaglio

Intaglio

$79

Intaglio is built for security printing businesses, and it's built around documents that hold up when somebody actually checks them. A real WebGL2 semantic-zoom viewer lets visitors zoom into printed specimens and see genuine fine-line engraving detail rather than a pixelated stock photo, the way the craft's security features actually depend on. Custom PHP with no page builder keeps the rest of the site as precise and unpadded as the print work it describes.
