Overview

A theme for a haute horlogerie & haute joaillerie maison — high watchmaking and high jewelry under one roof. Its signature is a persistent WebGL2 light field built on real optics: every facet’s reflectance follows Schlick’s approximation of the Fresnel equations, with the base reflectance (F0 ≈ 0.172) derived from diamond’s actual refractive index (n ≈ 2.417), and each facet bends red, green and blue light through three slightly different indices sampled from diamond’s real dispersion curve — separate refraction per wavelength, not a tinted gradient. A companion Gem Physics comparator plots the maison’s stones on real optical dispersion and Mohs hardness. A Web Audio engine renders each timepiece’s mechanical acoustics from its own specification: escapement tick rate from the caliber’s real beat frequency, minute-repeater chimes from the real inharmonic partial ratios a physical bell rings at. Creations spanning six ateliers share one content model with conditional watch/jewelry specification panels. Private salon, Cabinet Privé commission, and newsletter forms post to a real endpoint that stores the message and emails the concierge desk.
