A genuine client-side search engine filters the property directory by status, style, neighborhood, beds, baths, and price, and Property and Neighborhood custom post types hold full spec-sheet data.

This catalogue’s first searchable property-listings directory theme, for a boutique architectural real estate brokerage. A real, working client-side search/filter/sort bar sits over a property archive — filter by status, architectural style, neighborhood, beds, baths, and max price, sort by price or size. Ten design-forward listings each carry a full photo gallery and a real spec sheet, and every single-property page includes the signature Light Study widget: a real WebGL2 time-of-day simulator that shows how the home’s natural light shifts through the day based on its actual compass orientation.
