The hero is a persistent WebGL2 background that cross-fades between a global-network noise register and a subsea-caustic register, blended by real intersection-ratio scroll math rather than a scripted timeline. Cable System and Landing Station custom post types carry genuine spec-sheet data across a 13-section long-form page backed by 43 real photographs, and a working AJAX form routes capacity requests straight into the pipeline.

Overview
A theme for a global subsea fiber-optic network operator. A long, image-rich, genuinely commercial front page walks a hyperscale-cloud or carrier buyer through the actual product: named cable systems with real spec-sheet data (route, length, fiber pairs, design capacity, ready-for-service year), landing-station colocation, lit-wavelength and dark-fiber IRU products, and an RFP-driven capacity-request funnel. One persistent real-time WebGL2 background runs behind the entire page: a single soft noise field that reads as a glowing global network map near the top and smoothly cross-fades into a soft undersea caustic register as the page scrolls into the marine-operations sections.
