Support is included with every theme for six months from purchase, and can be renewed. Updates, separately, are for the lifetime of the theme and do not expire with support. This page sets out what that support actually covers, so nobody discovers the boundary at a bad moment.
Included
- Installation and activation, including the one-click demo import.
- Defects — anything in the theme behaving differently from its documentation or its live demo.
- Questions about built-in features: Customizer options, custom post types, the contact and enquiry forms, menus, and the signature interactive components.
- Compatibility with current WordPress and PHP versions, and with the plugins each theme states it supports.
- Guidance on where to make a change safely, including child-theme advice.
Not included
- Custom development. Adding features the theme does not have, or reworking its layout, is project work. We may quote for it separately.
- Debugging your modifications. If the theme has been edited directly rather than through a child theme, we will help you identify the conflict, but restoring modified code is not support.
- Third-party plugins. We will investigate a reported conflict in good faith. We cannot fix somebody else’s plugin.
- Hosting, DNS, migration, email deliverability, backups and server configuration.
- Content, copywriting, translation and imagery for your site.
- SEO outcomes. The themes ship clean semantic markup and schema; ranking is not something any theme can promise.
How to get a useful answer quickly
Send the theme name and version, your WordPress and PHP versions, the URL where the problem is visible, the exact steps to reproduce it, and any console or PHP error text. A screenshot of a broken page without a URL is usually not enough for us to say anything definite.
Response times
We aim to reply within two working days, and to a reproducible defect sooner. We are a small team in a single timezone — if you need contractual response times or weekend cover, say so before purchase rather than after.
Browser and version support
Themes are built and tested for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Several themes use WebGL or WebGPU for their signature effects; all of them degrade to a static presentation when those are unavailable, when the device is low-powered, or when the visitor has asked for reduced motion. That degraded state is intended behaviour, not a defect.
