Can visits take place outside working hours?
We can plan around early mornings, evenings or lower-traffic periods, subject to availability. Access, security procedures and a contact for the day are agreed before work begins.
How is a workplace cleaning plan priced?
Commercial scope is reviewed individually. Share your approximate floor area, room types, working hours and desired frequency. We agree the checklist before confirming a quote.
Will the team clean occupied desks and equipment?
We follow your agreed clear-desk policy. Documents, personal items and specialist equipment are left alone unless appropriate handling has been explicitly agreed. Restricted rooms are recorded in the plan.
What can be included in a regular visit?
Reception and meeting rooms, shared kitchens, washrooms, accessible surfaces, suitable floors and agreed waste handling. Interior glass and occasional detail work can be scoped separately.
How do we update the checklist?
A named contact can share changes before the next visit. New layouts, occupied meeting rooms and occasional extra tasks are reviewed so the schedule remains realistic.
