Early mornings, evenings and lower-traffic periods can each suit different teams. During the initial review, we discuss your operating hours, restricted areas, security arrangements and who can confirm access on the day.

We agree a clear-desk policy before touching work surfaces. Documents and personal items stay in place unless you have given instructions. Computer hardware, specialist equipment and sensitive materials are excluded unless an appropriate cleaning method has been separately agreed.
